Derry Ltd is currently delivering the M&E fit out installation works to areas of this luxury Hotel in Marylebone, having completed the shell & core elements in the Summer of 2023.
Home to first-class restaurants, bars, rooms and suits, it’s one of London’s most iconic hotels, originally designed by EPR Architects.
The fit out works are being designed and led by Tonik Associates.
Having completed gym and spa/wellness facilities on lower floors, Derry Ltd is currently working on the new gym and bar on the ninth floor and a further bar and suites on the eighth floor. Second fix and commissioning will progress later this month.
